Not exactly in the right location as I need to figure out how to better translate from Ark Lon/Lat to the map Lon/Lat but here's a proof of concept for a marker where I added the taming pen made by McScruff to the map as a pin. Can even get back here to the forum by clicking on the link. :)

Found a site that has free icon/markers, just need to figure out a place to host them as they don't allow hotlinking.

Figured out a hacktastic way to get the locations to be easy to translate onto the map UI and can add custom icons per pin.
